We have grown quickly, and it may be hard to see all the efforts being made throughout Dexcom, and the same growth that has created great opportunities for our employees sometimes also creates challenges for those same employees. We are absolutely committed to complying with the requirements of the laws and regulations administered by the FDA and the many other government authorities with jurisdiction over our products and people. These laws and regulations can be complicated and there may not always be one clear answer: our employees are encouraged to raise issues with their supervisors and with our Regulatory, Quality and Legal departments, and when applicable, our HR and Compliance departments as well.
