Salary, benefits, compensation, good at first

Cons

Taguig Management is the worst, worst than a BPO set up. TL is hard to find for sup call, OM doesn't give a sh*t they only impose metrics and rules, leadership as a whole is a mess from HR to ECP to TL OM and SOM name it. Processing of clearance is way delayed you'll get stressed even when your leaving the company. Just worst

Pros

Been with 4 companies but Dexcom is the best. The higher management is very generous and caring. Salary is good, work load is easy and achievable goald! Thank you Dexcom!

Cons

Can't say anything bad about this company as Dexcom never fails to amaze me.
