      Fast-paced and exciting environment that really affords you the opportunity to take impactful action .

      Cons

      Not a great work life balance and leadership does not do a good job at setting targets, making plans, or sticking to them. The executives were around when it was a startup and they are struggling to adapt how they run it to the current needs.

      Product is amazing Working with patients and changing their lives for the better is incredibly rewarding Salary is ok, the product makes it livable

      Cons

      No continuity---things change each week making it hard to be successful No support from inside sales group, playing favorites or being just plain lazy Disorganized, no streamlined processes Jumped the gun on Medicare and really screwed up their reputation
