      Work is fairly consistent Opportunities if you stay long enough

      Cons

      Management is awful! Seemed like everyday was a new work experience! Opportunities are there if you stay but expect to wait a long time If you are not used to manufacturing, work can get tedious fast Had some of the rudest workers I have ever seen in my life

      Pros

      Great place to gain a lot of valuable experience. There is always something to do. Many opportunities to grow in your current role, to move onto other roles, and to learn other roles in parallel. The people hired here are amazing, great social work culture. Some coworkers I made at Dexcom have become close friends of mine.

      Cons

      Working overtime seems to be the norm across most departments when it shouldn't be. The company overall seems to move too fast sometimes which sacrifices quality in some instances. Dexcom definitely pays much less than the industry average as well.
