      Pros

      Great pay / benefits / job security. It's also nice to work for a company that really helps people.

      Cons

      It varies from department to department, but in operations the leadership and consensus among leadership is very poor; many projects going on at the same time often with competing timelines / resources, software / DB team is spread very thin; it is a very frustrating environment for SW development

      Horrible training experience. No structure to training material. Horrible management and very childish activities took place at work. They cheated me out of a contract that stated they would pay me a retention bonus ofn$15k. I met all requirements and was promised that if I left the job they would still pay the retention as long as my date stated on paper was met, which was. Still stands to this day.
