- good brand to have on cv - try to move staff around

-offshoring culture-resulting in a `hand off` process when chasing systems, key people -corporate culture of `pushing back` resulting in lack of or slow moving on initiatives - too political resulting in myopic decision making -too many inefficient systems --offshoring developed a competitive culture between departments whereas all employees should be striving for the common good of the organisation
