Challenging company, always moving forward. Quite flat structure that allows you to feel free to talk to anyone whether high or low "rank".

Cons

Salary is always a pain but always open to negociate it.

Pros

The people are great. Good atmosphere and they care for each other. Projects are exciting. The future looks really bright.

Cons

Work balance is off. Too many hours at the office for a poor salary. Management is somewhat messy and confusing and there is never enough time to really create something awesome. Not enough time for team work.
