      Designit is a great company to grow at. A school. A family. Crazy innovative projects, very high standard of design. A Global company of more than 300 very talented employees, wonderful colleagues. Once a year we participate in a company trip, very inspiring and fun. A great place to work at.

      Amazing culture, and content. Just the right mixture of client work and personal development, with an engaging team that's very warm, very welcoming and very hard-working. Reasonable personal to profesiona

      Salary is below market. Also, as projects tend to be very stategical with big corporate clients, the projects tend to be very long, very political, very confidential and a lot of them don't make it to market.
