Pros

Great firm with prestige. A bunch of hardworking lawyers and super smart professionals. Pay is near top for most markets.

Cons

Little control locally, and it's mostly controlled from the East coast. They'll charge a client in CA, CA rates even if the lawyer working on the work is in the midwest and being paid substantially less than a CA lawyer.

a lot of politics management and partners do not take feedback seriously HR is hostile, unfriendly and not helpful on many counts Associates evaluation metrics is unfair and playing favorites is common
