No pros at all at Dentons.

Cons

Soulless company to work for. Very little training from judgemental managers who will turn on you when they feel like it. Blatant favouritism with other colleagues makes for a hostile working environment.

Pros

Friendly colleagues, manageable workload, mid-year and end of year firm wide socials, other regular social events like morning teas, Friday fives drinks, I never feel micromanaged, trusted to get on with the job, good work/ life balance as a secretary. Most secretaries WFH at least one day a week.

Cons

Month end can be stressful although to be expected when processing bills. The training to start with is a bit messy, could be improved to be more structured and organised.
