      Great working with the public and it helps the day go by quickly. There is a lot change and if you can adapt then you will be good.

      Cons

      It is who you know and not what you do. There is lack of growth lack of transparency.

      Pros

      Have been at the firm for one year, but have been in the legal industry for 8+ years. My interview process (for a staff position) moved quickly and was very straightforward. Benefits and compensation seem standard compared to other US law firms. Working remotely is easy and seamless. Firm management seems very smart and forward-thinking. If you are someone who embraces change and wants to work at a rapidly growing firm, this is a good place for you.

      Cons

      People are nice but tend to keep to themselves (which could be a pro or con, depending on your personality). There is not a strong firm culture and sometime certain internal policies are not always clear - this is probably due to constant growth and mergers. I think with a bit more time and as people get better integrated, the culture of the firm will become more established.
