Pros

Friendly culture and no strictly enforced billable targets to meet

Cons

General lack of incentives to go beyond what is expected. Total absence of international integration of culture and anything else other than stationery, branding, referral work and secondments for the Singapore office.

Pros

Well known global brand that could help elevate your CV If you can wade through office politics there are some great people

Cons

Very little respect and communication from top down On paper it says polycentric but decisions in Canada are essentially all made in Toronto People keep their heads down waiting on new opportunities elsewhere Benefits does not include full coverage (you need to pay for it) basic is $750 for all practitioners for the year Theres very little "work life balance" you will take work on vacation with you, or sleep in a bean bag in your office (I've seen both!)
