salary is not competitive/ transparent at all for a firm that likes to self-declare itself as “Big 5”. RE senior partner is difficult to work with, belittles juniors with personal attacks/verbal/mental abuse. not uncommon in this industry but you have been warned.

Generally, it pays well, and the amenities are nice.

Cons

The attorney I worked for was extremely difficult and unprofessional. He struggled with technology and would yell at me when there were issues with his computer. Additionally, when I would do corrections on his documents, if I missed any small details he would scream at me, and once asked me if I was mentally disabled. Everyone was miserable there.
