I don’t recommend working there. The culture is so bad because of some people who are not doing their job and spend all day manipulating others and get promoted for doing so. Therefore, you have managers spending hours out of the office for personal reasons everyday, talking poorly to staff, undermining people and more. Your mental health will suffer as there is a big lack of support from management or from HR. Some lawyers are just extremely toxic, everyone knows who they are but nothing is done, HR received several complaints about these people and are simply not doing anything and the place becomes more and more toxic everyday.

Working at Dentons was by far the worst decision I have ever made in my life. Management is verbally abusive and think it’s acceptable to scream and berate those who support them. The culture is awfully toxic - if you are reading this, please understand I am not some disgruntled employee, there is a reason the turn over is so high and even partners are leaving to go to competitors, or start their own firms. It is because this place will suck out your soul and leave your mental health completely depleted. Harassment and inappropriate misconduct from male partners is not taken seriously by Human Resources, and you will be punished for speaking up.
