Staff are friendly on ground level.

Cons

Horrible place to work for. Senior management are literally treating staff as numbers and bodies in front of a screen. Turn over is highest of any firm I've been to.

Nice, smart, colleagues who are committed. The benefits of the largest law firm in the world but still feels collegial, so the best of both worlds. Firm leadership is visible and accessible to all levels of employees.

Cons

The outside world is still getting to know our brand, so there have been skeptics who make assumptions about what it is like inside our firm during this time of expansion.
