Pros

Flexible with working pattern and good benefits. Lots of good support from business service departments which helps with workload. Manage my own workload but more support needed when required.

Cons

Tough atmosphere and demanding and little reward for your hard work. Also not agile enough when it comes to working from home due to office politics

Pros

Good co-workers, lovely office, great art, approachable management and partners, interesting clients, recognition of diversity, excellent student recruitment results, link to international colleagues

Cons

Stress on keeping costs low, keeping headcount low, weak corporate department given the Toronto market and the firm's history; stress on diversity is good, but still a pretty white office
