Pros

- Can capitalise on the firm’s branding as largest law firm in the world

Cons

- Poor leadership and pitting staff against each other which resulted in a factionalised work environment - Tactics such as threatening termination of employment were employed - Frequent blame game and gaslighting occured when things go wrong. No one at the top takes accountability. - Poor communication from and micromanaging occurs from top down - The SOPs are a mess and top is not welcome to suggestions for how to shorten processes, insistence to use time consuming and inefficient processes.

Pros

There were no pros working at Dentons. Most awful decision made.... thank God I was able to obtain my other job offer previously after leaving dentons.

Cons

They have individuals in Accounting that should not be in leadership position. Pay was not worth it.
