Able to work on my own, large company with lots of resources, cake day, celebration of holidays, group insurance & pension

Cons

No reward for work done, not even Christmas bonuses, very stressful & demanding, once you teach paralegal there’s nowhere to go, salary is not commensurate with experience, lots of gossiping and political bickering
