Some very nice people at the office

Cons

Horrible leadership. All talk no action. No appreciation for staff. The good are overworked in all levels and the bad are rewarded for bad behaviour.

Well-located, met with great personalities, quick professional growth, perfect on a resume

Cons

Local management was terrible...terrible. You don't need to have a college degree to know that any given lawyer cannot become a managing partner overnight without having a professional or educational background that actually taught him/her how to manage people! Failing to keep young lawyers, low salaries for unlimited worked hours, very hierarchical, not many social events ... and the list goes on...
