Pros

Good downtown office location. Not open-concept and you can get an office depending on your role. Free coffee and tea. Looks good on your resume. Good benefits. You can work from home.

Cons

If you aren't a lawyer, you're second rung. Lawyers can be really rude so you need a tough skin. Lots of overtime, even on holidays. Pay is not competitive and raises are tiny. Understaffed for workload and deadlines. Lots of turnover. You are often told how to do your job by lawyers who have no expertise in your field so you wind up with mediocre results.

Worked with some great teammates, office has a small boutique firm feel, great PTO with flexibility and accommodations for family, a strong work- life balance appreciation.

Cons

High healthcare insurance, low raises and bonuses, admin is turning corporate, upper management treat support staff poorly, constant merges have caused whirlwind changes.

I was fortunate enough to have some great people to work with, which made this place bearable.

Cons

Poor management in the London Marketing team had created an 'us versus them' mentality between management and staff. The environment is very toxic. This is evident based on the turnover in the marketing department. A truly miserable place to work.
