Pros

Location in London was convenient.

Cons

Dreadful pay. Dreadful leadership. Awful work life balance as management treat business services as 3rd class citizens. No investment in people or infrastructure. Glad to leave Significant operating costs without understanding how to really address these.

Pros

My coworkers have always been pretty nice to me. Free cake once a month.

Cons

IT support sucks. The mental health support sucks. I have worked here almost 3-years and only got a raise after asking the lawyers I worked for multiple times. Never in my life have I felt less valued as an employee. They chronically underpay support staff and it shows in the office morale.
