Management and Culture Extremely hierarchical almost patriarchal org structure. Their focus is on sales not their employees. They don’t really care about their people. Deloitte believed because they have such a big brand they can attract talent which as such they treat their employees like garbage.

The pay is massively inadequate for the amount of time and dedication they expect. The review process for employees, along with all the other company vision and "we treat our people so well" advertising, is a sham. No one provides any helpful feedback. A lot of corporate BS with regards to policies that make no sense (e.g. training, expense reporting). They're really stingy about everything, and will nag you for every nickel and dime you spend. Not really great people either; there's a culture of fakeness and backstabbing and it's not nearly as nice as they'd like you to believe. You're honestly much better off working for one of the other Big 4 firms. Take my word for it. They'll pay and treat you better.
