Pros
They pay you well and give you at least a week and a half as a collective disconnect in Dec. for the entire US and global firms. WFH Surrounded by highly talented, ambitious people at all levels. They push you outside of your comfort zone so you grow and learn more than you every thought possible. Awesome talent and learning department and curriculum. Offices are stunning with lounge floors, coffee shops, gym and a beautiful atmosphere to work on your own, collaboratively or host guests. They have high expectations of you but that also increases your confidence after multiple successes. They build leaders and you will walk away feeling like you are the best version of yourself in the professional arena. Autonomy, freedom to make independent decisions. You don't realize how much you appreciate it until you go somewhere else that doesn't trust their employees.
Cons
People can take advantage of delegation I was on one project that demanded I worked 65 hours a week for months and burnout is no joke. Bonus isn't great until you reach Sr. Mgr. Death by power point. The number of decks I had to produce and revise over the years added little value and no cost savings to anyone. They also caused so much unnecessary stress because some leaders valued optics over output.
