There is none to my knowledge. Survived a very pathetic experience and jumped with in no time.
Cons
Worst set of senior management, they bark all the time during meetings, and drain your energy and mental piece. USDC senior managers are technically crippled. They are not equipped to handle cloud based projects as they belong to Stone Age, I really mean it. Unrealistic deadlines for project execution. They estimate the delivery by number of heads in the project, but they never realize for a project to be successful you need people with experience. In Deloitte, you can’t stick to a technology and grow on it, as they map you to whatever project that is available, and never care about what is your skill set. They expect you to learn overnight and start delivering. Probably all working in the firm will agreed to that. There is no personal connect with management, even if there is little, it’s to get more job done. USDC (Lake Mary) Senior managers always put you is disguise, they never give the clear picture on path forward. They expect you to work over the weekends and they don’t even recognize it as they take their employees for granted. 99% of the management is so ill mannered and I don’t remember when was the last time they said PLEASE. Just the very thought of USDC - Lake Mary management makes me so angry that for my own good, I am putting my review to rest.
