Pros
Probably the best of the big fours to work for. They emphasize diversity... a lot but my group wasn't really diverse at all. Many of the other groups were diverse but they make it really hard to change groups and industries, that's a down fall.
Cons
Besides having many projects, there were times when you have to drive 2-3 hours to see clients. The drive alone makes you really tired. Where is the energy to work? Senior Management gave all their work to consultants. And when there were issues, a lot of the blame were past onto consultants to partners. Seniors only worked to chat with clients and review some of the consultants work.
