      - Vacation Days/Time Off - Most people (peers) are friendly and interesting - Diversity - Always something new

      Cons

      - Work/life balance - Long hours (even during non busy season) - No matter how hard you work, you always have to work harder. - Need to put a lot effort in networking in order to move up - almost a full-time job itself - No adequate training, not always able to stay on and profess on subjects/areas of interest

      Pros

      There is support in every place possible. People are willing to help others out. In smaller offices, the management interacts frequently with lower-level staff. Compensation is decent.

      Cons

      Travel is probably the biggest downside. There can also be some pretty long hours.

      The best reasons to work at Deloitte include: - Great reputation when applying for a different job - Salary is competitive, especially out of college

      Cons

      There are many downsides of Deloitte: - Work/Life balance is not promoted, you must fight for it - There is no sense of team atmosphere; people look out for themselves - The firm is very disorganized in planning engagement and evaluating personnel - Partners and Senior management are not aware of the feel/atmosphere of the company and therefore do nothing to fix it - Firm has refocused itself on tracking its employees, not for the benefit of rewarding, but rather to punish
