Pros
The colleagues you meet and work with at the beginning of your career are great. Deloitte Patners do like to splurge on expensive dinners, cocktail hours, etc. so if you grab onto one them you do get some nice meals and expensive cocktails — all expenses to a client. The Partners know how to spend money!
Cons
You are just a profit margin, you are over-worked with high charge hour goals, Partners see you as a number - your HPP (hours per person) and utilization %.
