      Like the fast paced environment and quality of team members

      Lack of promotions for several years is paralyzing. Additionally false costs loaded in system make people feel like they are never winning.

      Pros

      Great Benefits and Pay in comparison to the area, Corporate discounts. Michael is trying to revive the company and save it from sinking.

      Cons

      Job is very unstable. Job description changed atleast 4-6 times over span of 2 years. Layoffs are common and to be competitive unskilled techs are hired who then spoil the customer service repute of the company.

      Pros

      Fun environment with great individuals to work along side. Nashville campus is a stark difference from its Round Rock counterpart (worked at both locations).

      Cons

      It feels Dell is currently in a strategy shift. The feelings at times is that of a lack of overall market focus. Management tends to be very reaction oriented. The new comp plan is horrible and needs to be revisited.
