      Pros

      The relationships I made with my peers.

      Cons

      A great raise is 3%, however in 2009 no raises were given. 85% of all work will be sent offshore to India, the Phillipines and soon to be China. Having to train your offshore replacement and then be seperated from the company. No communication from Senior Management.

      *Two weeks of personal/sick days on top of vacation time is nice *Lots of internal communication via email, social networking sites, etc.

      Cons

      *Health insurance is very expensive *The acquisition of Perot Systems was a desperate move *Pay is average *Tons of management layers

      Pros

      Great opportunities for promotions if you are willing to take them on; Overall a relatively stress-free environment. The work is consistently Challenging and dynamic.

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, no financial benefit to working hard in the short-term. Long-term associates are rewarded adequately, however, are at the highest risk of being laid-off. Very poor communication.
