      Pros

      You get to learn a whole lot in a short amount of time. When you get to add value, you get to expand your job scope to parley they next job. If you are underqualified, you get overpaid

      Cons

      If you are overqualified, you won't get promoted easily. They work you pretty hard most of the time, 150% of effort is not enough. Constantly putting out management created fires.

      They have a pretty lax dress code.

      Cons

      They believe they are a meritocracy. I worked in half a dozen groups over 10 years. That may have been true early on. Its simply not anymore.

      Pros

      What I definitely consider as a positive aspect was smart management, good local strategy and employee training. Good co-workers on the team, good team spirit.

      Cons

      Cons were the same as every multinational corporation that is process driven - global rules applied on local enviroment causes sometimes desperation. No focus on employees as individuals.
