Pros
decent benefits, a percentage bonus plan (7 percent for lower level employees, higher percentage for senior employees), decent time off (if you don't get called when you are on vacation and doesn't make up for the hours)
Cons
Very long hours, little recongnition, constant management changes, no promotion potential, very siloed structure, performance reviews based on negotiations between managers, alot of micromanagement, too many layers of management, constant fear of layoffs, very little team spirit
