Was willing to hire me when I could not find a job, working with co-workers has been great.

Cons

pay salary & raises could be improved, not much room for advancement, does not boost employers morale when pulling long hrs.

Great job . Everyday challenges differ.Gives you an opportunity to test you knowledge and build relationship with many people. Learn new thing consistanly.

Cons

You are not eligible for any premiums. There is not chance to increase you income. If you work in the warehouse and "touch" the product you get a gain share every month, but if you are in a support position...you cannot. They say you will get raise based on your performance, not true. They give everyone the same regardless of performance. You can go above and beyond..doesn't help.

Cons

Disorganized, low pay for all the work. More than cashier and when old your still have to get carts on rain, snow, and sleet. Need someone going and designated.
