Pros
Great job . Everyday challenges differ.Gives you an opportunity to test you knowledge and build relationship with many people. Learn new thing consistanly.
Cons
You are not eligible for any premiums. There is not chance to increase you income. If you work in the warehouse and "touch" the product you get a gain share every month, but if you are in a support position...you cannot. They say you will get raise based on your performance, not true. They give everyone the same regardless of performance. You can go above and beyond..doesn't help.
