      - Amazing management / leadership (they are helpful, kind, and growth minded). - Definitely a team sport vibe here, everyone helps each other, no nasty competition only healthy competition. - REMOTE, REMOTE, REMOTE WORK! Traveling is ENCOURAGED here which is so cool, that is, as long as you still get your work done. - A global company with hires all over the world for you to connect with which is a cherry on top if you're a traveller already.

      Cons

      - Fast pace environment but also fun! - Must ACE your interview, they don't play games here, people are chosen for a reason (talent, skill level, experience).

      The interview process was very smooth and fast. Communication was clear and I always knew the next steps. The onboarding experience was really good and well organized. The company has a clear structure, which makes it easy to understand how things work and to start contributing quickly.
