      - I miss the water cooler chats from the office - Less opportunity for exposure to more cutting edge technology

      Pros

      Deel's vision for the future of remote work drives its success as a company. As an AE, it's always better to sell a solution to an actual problem in the marketplace. It's evident that Deel has found product-market fit by the outstanding customer reviews and 20x revenue growth in 2020. Working with clients that are expanding their team is personally rewarding. As an AE, you'll make a true impact on a client's business as you're providing them a solution to the complexity of international hiring, payroll, & compliance. Growing company. Expanding team. A solution worth selling.

      Cons

      Considering Deel's a 100% remote team, some folks may have to adjust to the remote culture if they're used to a traditional office environment. Natural growing pains associated with a start-up.

      Pros

      -First, this is one of few startups that are currently thriving given the current state of the world/economy. I joined Deel a few months ago and every month revenue has drastically shot up and head count continues to grow. 2 obvious signs that you are working at a solid and sustainable company. -Second, everyone is super nice and welcoming and although all team members are working remote around the world, there is still a great sense of connection and inclusion. -Third, the product is light years ahead of our competition which makes it fun to sell :)

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be a little hard to get answers to your questions right away but that's fairly standard at any company with a fully remote team.
