      High Pressure, Low Support — Not the Experience I Hoped For

      Pros

      My manager and his manager genuinely put the team first. They care, they listen, and they try to support us as much as they can

      Cons

      Extremely intense workload from the very beginning. By week 3, you’re already handling a large volume of customers with very little ramp-up time. Many customers are angry or frustrated, which makes the day-to-day work draining. Processes are unclear or constantly changing, and it often feels like you’re expected to figure things out on your own. There’s not enough support when dealing with complex issues, which adds to the stress and confusion.

      Pros

      Pros include the opportunity for extensive exposure within the company, engaging in discussions and debates with directors from various departments, and interacting with the COO and Head of Operations on several projects. You constantly feel challenged due to the high caliber of professionals

      Cons

      You work hard and under pressure, which could be a downside for many people, but I don't see it that way today.

      Pros

      1. It's a global community of colleagues, offering constant cultural exchange, which is fun for me. 2. Remote work allows me to travel and meet local colleagues in their own countries. 3. Flexible schedules enhance my lifestyle and well-being, giving me more time to cook, work out, and spend with family/friends. 4. Keeping up with Deel's growth challenges and improves me every day; it's essential to match such a company's pace! 5. Watching our clients grow through our product is immensely rewarding.

      Cons

      Its fast paced so you have to keep up, but it makes you keep honing your skills, which develops you further.
