Pros

Good for a fresher to start and learn. Cannot find anything else positive to say

Cons

The list is enormous! Let me mention a few at least. 1. Work is 6 full days a week. This is in no way productive for the employees and work is very very hectic. So say goodbye to having a life. They say you'll b productive when you're working fewer hrs but six days. In reality you need to work overtime very frequently and you end up being burnt out. 2. Pay is also low for the amount and type of work you need to do. 3. The training system is very poor and you are expected to deliver with very little training. 4. Inadequate resources provided and you end up wasting time for simple tasks. 5. Open partiality towards their own people especially in terms of treatment and compensation and are in majority no way more knowledgable or practical than beginners here. 6. LOTS of internal politics! In short, they do not practice what they preach (claim to practice)

Pros

-High amount of responsibility given. -Autonomy -Good Culture -Great place for retail people -Good Vision -Great place for sports people I worked at Bangalore store as a sales manager for about an year, I would say company has some great plans to expand in India. They judge you on what you do.You can take your own decisions(autonomy),have flexible work timings(depends on manager),work with a set of diverse people. You get a chance to work from forecasting to cleaning the floors in a day.For me this was a very humbling experience as you see senior people doing the same for years.

Cons

-Poor Compensation I was paid a salary(say X) & was promised growth in salary(on paper, officially) after 6 months(of X+Y).The Y never happened even after 10 months.I spoke to senior french manager. He denied the fact that it was promised even after i showed him papers.Shows lack of honesty or transparency(Honesty being one of the core values). -I doubt if senior people respect company values. -They hardly respect Indians.(Saw french customers favoured compared to Indians)

Sales associate part time job

Pros

For a student I can only recommend to work there. It was a great experience with a great team. Even in part time job, they are training you and try to improve your skills (sales, merchandising, supply-chain...). I learnt a lot, especially concerning team and store management.

Cons

I would say the salary. Which is strictly the minimum in France...
