Pros

Friendly co-workers Competitive salary (double paid on Sundays, bonus every 3 months if the shop makes profits) A lot of trainings even as a part-time worker Team Building events

Cons

None for as far as I can remember (You just need to be in a good physical shape for this kind of job because shops are big and you have to run everywhere during your working time)

Pros

Lots of perks for sports lovers, including daily lunchtime sports classes, and allowances to spend on sports. The company does its best to stay true to their mission of making sports more accessible for all.

Cons

In my experience, the new employee onboarding procedure is very poor, with no training for some jobs. Many different business units work towards their own agendas, instead of the greater good of the company. Company is very old school in some ways.
