Nothing in particular. Flexible work timing. Great opportunity if you can be a slave to your manager. If your are ready to forget your health and work extra time to infinity it is a good opportunity

Cons

No weekend holidays. 6 days work. Flexible timing leading to work hours more than 12 hours a day. No employee benefits. No proper Human resource management. Very poor salary.

Worked in Sharjahpur branch. 1) Very good work culture. 2) Very friendly and genuine colleagues. Will keep talking to you to ensure that you are ok.

Cons

1) Have to stand throughout the day. This will result in leg pain for the first 10 days. 2) Only 2 restooms (1 male/1 female) for all the staff and customers together.
