      Pros

      You can have a lot of responsibility and do a lot of larger projects. a good place to be a big fish in a small pool. Almost everyone who works at the company is nice.

      in many ways its conservative and slow moving

      Pros

      Many great people to work with. The dairy industry is a very challenging area to work with, that includes a large variety of customers. Many great products over the years have been sold. Challenging work!

      Cons

      Over the past several years management (upper level) has degraded from previous management in areas of general competence and responsiveness. Difficult to obtain promotions within product management areas if located in US, without being European. Frequent change of organizational structure. Lack of urgency in response to market needs by product management which is located in Sweden.
