Solid company, recognized in its market and your brand has great value.

Cons

Internal communication and HR is very weak. Leadership is very confused about the company's goals and how they relate to other areas and to their own team. Need to improve a lot, urgently!

Inexperienced management, wouldn't take any advice from more experienced workers, did not know anything about the products manufactured. Nor the manufacturing process.
