Pros

None that I can think of. If you look for an employer who does not value you and empower you, this is the place to be

Cons

Too unstable. Horrible working environment. Too many organizational changes at the same time. No clear strategic vision

Pros

Not much can be said that is positive except perhaps proximity to visit Hamra Farm.

Cons

Poor management. Individual empire building. No team work. Highly political. Old fashioned. Unclear strategy. Weak and diffuse values. Glass ceiling. Questionable work ethics in some departments.

Pros

Very nice colleagues that make it worthwhile to stay with the company. Flexible working models possible when you have family to take care of.

Cons

Challenging times due to new working area. (Most people will have to travel 50km now to work.) Sometimes hard to get informaiton. Chating on the corridors gives more information that official announcements.
