Decent job if you have a passion for fashion
Pros
Friendly coworkers , management was warm and welcoming, on boarding process was pretty fast. First check took a while but weekly pay was very nice to have. On the job training was easy and fun Commission pay if you sell enough Rewarding feeling when they say yes to the dress Basically just play dress up and make the clients feel good and they will buy whatever you put on them as long as you actually have style, easy to accessorize to upsell, customers trust you and they come back just to say thank you and bring you more clients. Emotionally rewarding job
Cons
Lacked structure when understaffed, higher ups didn't hire fast enough. Everyone was part time, no full time status unless youre a manager, not enough coverage if stylists call out or quit suddenly. Fast turnover. Bridezillas & momzillas. Stressful when understaffed, stylists end up being double or triple booked. Commission structure wasn't great much, pressure to upsell everything ends up being lots more returns. Return policy was confusing and costly. No room for career growth, limited positions and minimum wage pay.
