First & foremost, the number 1 pro is the ENTIRE staff is awesome! Management is always accessible. I love that you can learn something from everyone & everyone is willing to teach. The stores ambiance is amazing! It's always clean and tyde during open hours and before closing, for the next day. The design of the store is very welcoming making It enjoyable during my work shift or shopping experience.In my opinion, to have the experience with a stylist to help look for a Big Day Wedding Gown or special event look, is always a pleaser with a warm welcome from the David's Bridal Team. From the stylist and front of the house Team, to the Alterations Team, It is an awesome experience working for Davids Bridal as a Alterations specialist. With every event The Davids Bridal Team make the overall moment remeberble and I enjoy being apart of the Team. I love my job!

However , David's Bridal except suits for Alterations as well as having a partnership with a Marino Wool Suiting company with out having the proper equipment to press Suits compared to a Gown being steamed for Aisle ready. The Alterations department can get extermly busy with only having 3 fitting rooms accessible . Davids Bridal offers customization Labor and offer the option to order fabric for the customization Labor not supplying the Alterations department with the source of fabric in store. As an employee , the Alterations department has little space considering some of the task excepted.
