Competitive environment, happy clientele, sales competitions and awards, pot lucks and parties.

Cons

A whole lot of work for less than minimum wage. They would work their best part time sales people, like me, 39.5 hrs., so we couldn't claim full employment with benefits. It's allot harder to earn $200 an hour sales to make 0.08% commission, when your working all day, every day. Very stressful and the hours sucked, and Shi did management. They would schedule me hours I had requested off months back, like my daughter's birthday. I told them I wasn't coming in. Sorry.

Great Pay, customers, product, that's all

Cons

The highest turn over I've ever seen! Cannot keep the store staffed!! No wonder...the stylist do not get commission unless they meet $170 sph. They do not encourage their staff. They do not care about customers. They say customer service is important but actions speak louder than words. The hours suck!! I've never worked for such a disorganized company. Yes the pay is great, but money isn't everything. This is the most stressful job.

meeting brides and their families and helping them look and feel beautiful.. good pay..great team. great learning experience

Cons

unreasonable expectations...high turnover rate.. poor judgement from corporate on a regular basis.. poor quality products..no work life balance.. needed high blood pressure medication!
