      Pros

      Good working environment, with a lot of talented co-workers. Work was challenging and presented you with unique opportunities

      Cons

      Company changed direction more frequently than the wind. Most directives were dictated by a select group that wouldn't conduct a full review prior to making a change.

      Pros

      Great wages. Used to have a great work/life balance and upper management that cared about the employees.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care what you think, they just want you to do what you are told. Would prefer to have yes people. Also have an non-verbal expectation to work 50-60 hours per week. Your "effectiveness" as a leader is based on a customer service scorecard that is extremely subjective and spoon-fed to the brides. A bride could walk out of your store feeling as though she had a great experience, receive a survey to fill out that makes her feel like she was short-changed.
