You make a brides dream come true andwhen they are crying because you just made a majical moment when they find the dress nothing can change that moment. You have created for a mom and daughter

Cons

hard work for little commission and can be hard to get commission .... must work with two brides at a time so very hard to satisfy customers then

If your full time and a great saleswomen, you get great benefits and lots of vacation time

Cons

It's crazy! you have to take 2 or more brides at one time which customers hate. You have to telemarket 25 brides a day or you'll get scolded. it's the hardest in retail and you cone home with your feet hurting everyday

Great people to work with Rewarding when you help a bride find her dress/ have a fun bride to work with

Cons

Commission pay which is nearly impossible to earn half of the year Unrealistic sales plans from corporate that make a consultant's job harder Pressure to always sell a bride even if she hasn't found the dress/ needs time to think Getting grilled by management when a bride doesn't buy No real solutions from management on how to sell well or employee development to learn better sales techniques (just get grilled on why a bride didn't buy) Brides and bridal parties who are completely rude Having two brides at once -a horrible experience for both brides having to share one consultant, one or both is usually always feeling like they didn't get the service they wanted, while the consultant works like crazy to help both brides -so stressful!
