Commission pay which is nearly impossible to earn half of the year Unrealistic sales plans from corporate that make a consultant's job harder Pressure to always sell a bride even if she hasn't found the dress/ needs time to think Getting grilled by management when a bride doesn't buy No real solutions from management on how to sell well or employee development to learn better sales techniques (just get grilled on why a bride didn't buy) Brides and bridal parties who are completely rude Having two brides at once -a horrible experience for both brides having to share one consultant, one or both is usually always feeling like they didn't get the service they wanted, while the consultant works like crazy to help both brides -so stressful!
