Pros

if you are full time you have good benefits, and if you have good store management/and kiss butt good life will be a little easier. can be flexible with schedule.

Cons

full time you only make up to 8% commission and when you are selling 22000 every two weeks and working 50 plus hours a week and doing way more than what you should be its not worth it. senior management like district managers can be sweet I find but the one I dealt with was rude condescending and argumentative. oh how I could go on!

The pay sucks. Trying to make commission is almost impossible. Weekends are a must. Hours vary. You're always being pulled left and right. No room for growth. Not a stable job.

there is a decent discount after 90 days of employment. if you work in a city that is busy all year long then you stand a chance to make really good money

Cons

they basically want you to be a slave laborer and work for next to nothing... your commission sucks. you work your butt off to sell like crazy but you have to sell like $250/hour to even make good money. not worth the time.
