Pros
if you are full time you have good benefits, and if you have good store management/and kiss butt good life will be a little easier. can be flexible with schedule.
Cons
full time you only make up to 8% commission and when you are selling 22000 every two weeks and working 50 plus hours a week and doing way more than what you should be its not worth it. senior management like district managers can be sweet I find but the one I dealt with was rude condescending and argumentative. oh how I could go on!
